Paling penting buangkn stress dlu nti susu lg x kluar sis.. try mnum susu/horlicks/mkn kurma/mnum milkbooster (sy boil red dates, kurma & goji berry je)/mnum byk air/byk skin to skin contact/mkn sup betik/mkn lobak putih/last try supplement ada dkt farmasi.. try mna2 yg sesuai dgn bdan..x semestinya kna buat smua.. dont worry ibu..boleh tu k..dont give up.. hrp2 nti byk blik susu bdan
