When I was pregnant di ko nama po nasusunod yung left side na yan e haha nassuffocate ako kapag nasa left side ako nakaharap kaya palagi po ako sa right side. You can try elevate your upper body using pillows or putting a pillow on your back sa bandang balakang po. Plus a mindset saying that "this too shall pass" hehe goodluck momsh!❤️

kung saan ka comfy sis. ako kc, in my left side then i have 2 pillows between my legs, mejo nkataas unan ko sa ulo and a pillow supporting my back.
