Any food that contains salt is not good for namamanas. Water consumption should be lesser as well because of the retention.
No to salty foods! Sabi ng OB iwasan talaga ang mga maalat na pagkain kasi it will trigger yung pamamaga all the more.
I agree with Jared. Steer clear of all things salty! No deep fried food, or nuts!
Salty food! Sodium enhances water retention, and water retention equals bloating.
