For SQ, they have 4 types of food/meal for LO of different age range, suitable for age 2-7. (1) Baby Meals concept of 3 jars of baby food and are suitable for infants less than a year old. (2) Post Weaning Meal option for children aged between one and two: with food which is easy to bite, chew and digest. (3) Child Meal for Infants which is also made up of food items that are easy to bite, chew and digest but the portions are more substantial in terms of quantity and choice, compared to Post Weaning Meals. (4) Child Meal that is suitable for age 2-7, this meal is less substantial than adult meal. Food items are easy to bite and chew, and are attractive to children. But still, it is recommended to pack plenty of your own snacks, fruit and other baby food on a flight, in case the meal service does not come at a time your child needs it, or the meal is not to their liking. Hope it helps! :)

There's some great answers here, didn't know SQ was so detailed about children's meals :) Just wanted to add, whenever possible, do pack your own snacks/food for LO - not only because it's better when LO is hungry or doesn't like the airlines' food, but also because most food prepared by airlines have a lot more seasoning added (for adults too!) simply because our taste buds are a lot less sensitive at high altitudes so the food has more seasoning for us to be able to taste something.

Anonymous has a very detailed answer! For option 1, my baby was given 3 jars of baby food (as shown), and one pack of teething biscuits to nom. For another flight, however, there was a small bottle of apple juice in place of one of the jars. They will also heat up the food for you if necessary 😊
