Any ob-gyne midwife here?

Hey lovely mommas/ob-gyne/midwife medical practitioner on the house.. Ive got a question, been asking my ob but didnt got a clear answer she only told me to observe what im feeling and where my spotting came from.. Here's my situation, ive got the usual upper abdominal cramp since yesterday (usual since most of the time I have it) then after I poop this morning (sorry for tmi) I have slight stringy dark red blood in my cm. Then after having my lunch I wipe light brown mucus. Im having it after I felt sudden stomach cramps.. By the way went for a 2-week bed rest last week and just got back to work yesterday.. I just noticed having this abdominal cramps w/spotting when I am at work during my bed rest nothing so I thought Im ok now and got back to work. Asking you sweet mommas if anyone have gone through this, just some reassurance if it is normal or any test I could get to clear my mind? Thank you

pray Lang sis. Ako nga 35 na den 1st baby ko high risk daw Sabi Ng ob ko tapos may apat na myoma pa ko Yun Isa nasa mismong loob Ng uterus Kasama ni baby at nakaharang pa sa near the cervix praying lang na d Sila lumaki Kasama ni baby kase they will consume space din daw talaga na dpat ay para sa baby. tinapat na din ako Ng ob ko na ma CS talaga Ako and may possibly na magging madugo gawa Ng mayoma na nasa loob Ng uterus den. on and off pa bleeding ko gawa Ng mga myoma na yan naka full strict bed rest Ako mga 1month na den and til bago manganak Ako bed rest sabi ni ob at sandamakmak na mga gamot na nakaka droggy tulog Ako after taking them. as of now the aim is to reach full term. nakaka praning pero stay positive lang and pray a lot, pinapasa dyos ko na lahat lahat. 2nd pregnancy ko na to na miscarriage Ako nung 2015, after 7 yrs 12 weeks Nako ngayon sa awa Ng dyos. dahil sa condition ko feeling ko tuloy Wala nang safe na trimester as lagi Ako mini monitor. ingat Sis. kaya natin yan d lang Naman Tayo siguro sa buong Mundo Ang may ganitong situation IBa mas Malala p nga pero successful Naman.

praying for you sissy.. ako din 35 n mag 36 n this year 2x ako nakunan last year tpos naraspa ako don s last nong oct mmc 10w6d n xa.. wala naman akong myoma or cyst pero nagka-sch ako don s last pregnancy ko.. high risk n cguro talaga tau s age n to? pero meron naman ako hipag mas matanda s akin ahead lang xa sakin ng 2 weeks mas maselan p ako s kania.. hindi naman ako don s 1st q 12 yrs ago..
