Moving a lot and exercise. Still eat like normal day but no time for extra foods. Weight lost most during menstruation

I think it's breastfeeding and taking care of baby on my own after ml haha
Eat a healthy diet! Throw the excess salt and sugar
Yoga, walking and eating lots of fruits

Ate smaller portions and walked a lot
My wife doesn't bother. 😆
