Replacement of fish oil pills

Hi ladies. I don't like the taste and smell of fish oil pills. Any other recommendations I can increase my omega 3 intake instead of pills?

You can try Nordic Naturals brand, there's a strawberry version which is much easier to take and the pills are smaller also.If not you can also try children omega gummies but need to increase the dose 😁
