You can go to GP/polyclinic directly to do a blood test to confirm if you are pregnant. Blood test is more accurate than the home pregnancy test kit. If your blood test result is positive, you can schedule your first gynae visit when you are in weeks 6 to 8 to have a transabdominal scan to detect fetus and heartbeat.

There are a number of reasons as to why you might miss your period. It may not always be due to pregnancy. http://www.womenshealthmag.com/health/late-period You may want to give yourself more time before taking another pregnancy test. There's no point going to the gynae unless the pregnancy test is positive.

You should go gynecologist to do blood test as this more accurate and can confirm if you are pregnant.
