ive been having headache almost everyday & i took 2 tablets a day because i couldn’t take it anymore. Has anyone encounter same situation? Im afraid of the side effects that could harm the baby.😔
My GP said it’s safe as long as you are taking the normal panadol (not extra) prescribed by a doctor, and not more than 8 tablets a day.
I don’t know how long you have been taking. If you are worried, try to stop for a while and get some good rest. You may try using pregnancy safe essential oil to cure your headache.

currently I'm 15w5d, also headache everyday. tried not to take panadol if I can. so far I have asked the gynae, they mentioned as long as it's not off the shelf panadol is ok. but better to get it prescribed by the doctor.
