Constant headache and giddiness

Anyone has constant headache and giddiness during pregnancy? I am 26 weeks now and having it everyday since 20 weeks. Seen doctor and has been taking panadol everyday. Anyone has same issue? How you all managed? I do not have high blood or diabetes or any health issues
