Constant headache?

Hi mummies, I have been having headaches constantly for the past 3 days. I took paracetamol and it goes away for a while and comes back again. I don't wanna take too many as I am afraid it would affect the baby. Has anyone faced this issue and what did you do to help resolve the headache?
