Sorry to say but I had bubble tea everyday! I didn't have any complications and my baby is 6 months old and born healthy. I drank honey milk tea everyday but you may not want to be so adventurous. Probably opt for less or no sugar in your drink, I know it's hard because you're probably craving the sweetness? Haha. I chose honey because honey seemed to be better than sugar. If you believe in my logic then go for honey instead. :)

Better to just have it in moderation due to the high sugar content. It’s not exactly a very healthy drink. If you like cold drinks you can consider ice water “spiked” with some lemon juice or diluted anything you usually like to drink.

Uh oh it’s too high in sugar and calories. Best to avoid drinking it too much cos there is risk of gestational diabetes in pregnant women. Also, icy cold drinks every day is not such a great idea health wise.

The tapioca pearls are also high in calories. http://www.livestrong.com/article/310318-calories-in-black-tapioca-pearls/ It's okay as a treat now and then, but try to refrain from having it everyday.

No no no!! It's okay to spoil yourself SOMETIMES. I mean once a week is fine. Pwede kang magka Gestational Diabetes pag inaraw araw mo. At mahirap po magkaron nun.

I mean yung juice na nabibili po sa tindahan?

Ice bubble tea is not exactly a healthy drink. It is full of sugar. Don’t recommend you have it daily. Gestational diabetes might occur with too much sugar

Bubble tea is not exactly a healthy drink. Limit to once a week and ask for the lowest sugar level possible. Not good for health to be drinking daily

Im also in 20weeks now. Yes i also like colds but i refrain drinking it. I drink lukewarm water instead

This is a sugary drink and not exactly a healthy drink. I won’t recommend drinking it daily.
