Feels Like PMS

Into 13th week pregnancy. Been on the move few days ago. Yesterday started feel pain at lower back and hips. Today having a bleeding, and my lower abdomen feels cramps like having the PMS. Are those signs of miscarriage? ??

    It was a threatened miscarriage. Baby okay, pendarahan di pangkal rahim is normal kata doktor.
