I'm trying to relactate after breastfeeding hiatus for 4.5 months. I was producing good amount of milk for my baby, but was too lazy to pump. I became complacent and was pretty excited with the idea of transitioning my baby to formula. Now, he's approaching 8months, and I deeply regret weaning him too early. He got hospitalized 2 weeks ago, and can't help but blame myself for this. I know he could've developed a healthier body if I provided him with my breastmilk. I decided to relactate 2 days ago, and its very frustating to see my breast pump empty after 20 ninutes of vigorous pumping. Is it really possible to regain full supply of breastmilk after stopping? I need help / advice. Thanks.

Yes mommy! Possible pa yan. Try mo mag-take ng Fenugreek. According sa article na 'to nakakatulong daw ang fenugreek sa relactation. :) https://ph.theasianparent.com/boost-milk-supply-with-fenugreek/

Hire ka po ng lactation therapist tapos sabayan mo din ng green leafy veggies like malunggay at talbos ng kamote, Makakatulong din po sea shells.

thanks
