Birds Nest Consumption during Pregnant

Hi all, Im pregnant and in 16 weeks. Anyone here have consume birds nest from FGWalet? Or any others brand? I need a feedbacks since I’ve done my research and got mix reviews. What are the benefits that mommies can feel after consume it? Most positive reviews said it is good for baby’s brain development, and good for mommies energy and skin. Negative feedback Ive read so far said there’s no specific evidence saying it is good nutrition for baby and may cause allergy. I need more feedbacks to those who have consume it. Thanks in advance ?
