Pregnant but period

Im getting period on time every month. But on 4th February, i got pinkish spotting. I went for vaginal scan. Doc told pregnant. Today i got my period. No pain at all. And no heavy flow.. no symptoms of pregnant though.. *First pregnancy was without any complications like this...
