Disappointment on late period yet BFN

Period is late for 4 days as of today. My period is regular, 28-29 days and it always came right on time each month. Negative test even for FMU this morning. I thought of seeing at least faintest second line but nothing on it. Got married end of 2019, got pregnant end of 2020 and miscarried early of 2021. Not sure how to feel, guess just trying and avoiding on putting too much hope because I am used to disappointment every month for how many years now. Had spent probably thousand both on pregnancy/ovulation tests. Honestly, I just need to let this out. Praying for all long TTCians out there, who know if 2024 is finally our year.
