Pregnant 20 weeks with cystic acne

I'm so depressed with my current skin. I got a lot of painful acne on my face since my first trimester. What should i do.

same as me, my face hancur. my cheeks was fill with acne. I use bio gold 24k serum. it's for wrinkles but I just use them because last experience with them made my acne disappear. And it did work. it's a bit pricey. but worth it I promise . also try washing every morning and night before bed.
