Hi I had placenta previa before too. Yes, it might move up but mine didn't. I eventually had to remove my womb because I also had placenta accreta where the placenta got stuck in my uterus. My baby was also premature because of placenta previa. I delivered when I was 33 weeks. You can read more about my experience in this link. http://sg.theasianparent.com/birth-story-i-almost-died-during-delivery/ theAsianparent has a very informative article on placenta previa. http://sg.theasianparent.com/placenta-previa/ There have been many successful stories of placenta moving up. All you need is more rest. All the best!

I had placenta previa too for my 1st pregnancy. After entering into 3rd trimester, it moved up itself. Some people will experience bleeding throughout the pregnancy due to the low placenta. If it didn't move up itself, normally gynae will perform c-section to prevent any complications e.g. bleeding non-stop during natural birth.

I had it too on my 24-26 weeks, and got some bleeding.. luckily doctor just gave me antibiotic, and duphaston for 1 weeks if i am not mistaken.. and thanks to god, on 28 weeks my placenta not in lower places anymore.. no worries mommy, just follow up with ur gynae

I had it too. Even had some brown discharge. Went to the Gynae and was told it was due to abrasions and it tear a little. Nothing too serious. Had a week of bed rest and eventually it moved up towards end of my pregnancy.

thanks
