Are you too anxious on the baby's arrival? Maybe can try drinking warm milk to help ease yourself.

Not really. Coz i had a false alarm during 35weeks and im already 4cm dilated. It just happened that im having a difficulty to sleep for the past 3-4 nights. Tx for the advice 😁

Eat something before u go to bed. Helps with sleeping for me
