Trouble with sleeping

My 6yo girl recently has trouble falling asleep despite not taking afternoon nap anymore. It’s not occasionally, but everyday she takes an hour to really fall asleep. Despite sleeping at 10pm+, she wakes up about 7am/8am+ feeling energetic. Anyone has similar experiences? Side note: There’s no screen time 30mins before sleeping.

Hey Mama, 6 year olds need about 9-10 hours so it seems that she is getting sufficient sleep that why she wakes up energetic! Try talking to her about why she has trouble sleeping, perhaps there are stresses that she hasn’t voiced out. How is her day time activities? Does it tire her enough to sleep?
