Wait for ending of 3rd tri. I have a friend who ate it in her pregnancy, the milk came out at 5 months of pregnancy non-stop. Just imaging u have another 5 months till baby born then ur milk will be wasted . Or even stop earlier after giving birth
Went for a pregnancy talk. Doc mentioned that lactation cookies are just comfort food.
I think about 2 weeks before giving birth, can.
