Lactation cookies ?

I have an 23 months old child at the moment and im having another baby due next year Feb .. I had low milk supply for my first one but i didnt know anything about lactation cookies at that point of time .. So i dont want to encounter the same thing for my 2nd child .. What should i do ? Shall i start to pump early for my 2nd one and consume lactation cookies when ?#advicepls #pleasehelp #pregnancy

No please do not pump first as it can trigger contractions. Also lactation cookies and other products may not suit everyone. I tried everything but the best is still to keep latching your baby. I'll only pump when my baby does not latch after a few hrs, when I feel engorge or when we're out for more than 2 hours. Just to maintain my milk supply.

You can pump after you give birth, pumping before that doesn't do anything. Lactation cookies are very hit-and-miss, they may or may not work. Keep latching and pumping as more demand = more supply
