Mommy please try left side position as much as possible. Really big help for you din ang maglagay ng tanday/ unan sa paanan at hita. By 7:30 pm po nakakatulog na ko.
Same here po pahirapn po sa posisyon. Pero try nyo po makinig ng calming music during night para antokin po kayo. Its good for our baby dn po. Effective sa akin.😊
I had this issue before. But as time goes by im feeling tired and sleepy around 8pm. So it means when you feel that you're sleepy, try to sleep within that moment..
Same here mommy, naghahanap pako ng pwesto parang lang makatulog. Tapos magigising para umihi hahanap nanaman ng pwesto para makatulog ulit
2oweeks and 1day po 1stime din po. Hirap din po makahanap ng better position. Hirap din po matulog . 😢 lagi po bukas ilaw namin pag gabi kasi gusto kopo maliwanag.
Yes very much momshie....takes me longer time to settle for sleep plus I have this disturb pattern of sleep, I suddenly wakes every other 2 hours....😢
I bought a maternity pillow during my last pregnancy in 2018 (snug-a-hug) it's really a good investment for soon to be mommies...it surely can help you sleep well.
2 hours straight sleep at most, nagigising ako to find a better position. When I eat ice cream kumalkalma sa likot ung baby. After 30 minutes ayun galaw ulit. 😊
i feel you po Mommie, di rin ako pinapatulog ni Baby, di ko alam kung anong posisyon sya komportable 😅. Tapos ang likot likot nya, 21weeks preggy ako Mommie ^^
naninigas yung puson ko at sumasakit yung tyan ko everytime hindi sya kumportable sa position ko..at pag matagalan ako ng lakad nangingilo po yung puson ko..
