I try to avoid afternoon/day naps so i can get a good night sleep! I know it can be quite difficult at times, especially when your body is tired during the day and you just need naps so badly. Try to make yourself tired during the day, like brisk walking, simple pregnancy-safe exercises at home. When I couldn’t sleep at night, i followed pregnancy yoga stretched and it made me yawn and i slept afterwards! Works like magic 🤣 You can search these pregnancy Yoga/stretches via Youtube. It’s very calming and will make you sleepy.. Also try oils like Lavender to make you relax.. can ask your hubby to give you light back rubs, head rubs etc. My hubby does that before bedtime and it really helps to make me sleepy. All the best mummy!

Do you have a pregnancy pillow? If not, you can try. Also change arrangement of your various pillows until you find a comfy arrangement and use that going forward. I was using pregnancy pillow for a few months, then got uncomfortable. I slept on sofa for a while cuz I found that comfortable. Now changed to rearranging all pillows, stacking my head higher, putting more pillows in between my knees.

Same here first baby, i tried left and right and pillows but indeed it aint working too. But lying flat on my back helps but im scared as well. Because its not advisable to lay flat on our back.i can only sleep from 4 am onwards. Just try to catch sleep on the afternoon. Mummy's do you experience as well peeing like its a lot even if you dont drink too much water before bed time?

Hi I’m 29 weeks too! Getting more difficult to sleep but I recently cut out sugar and lower carbohydrates from my diet and started exercising every day for 30 mins due to gestational diabetes and I find that it’s improved my sleep quality a lot. Hope it works for you too!

Try lavender oils or your favourite scent essential oil, massages from hubs or prenatal massage. For me, I put pillows around me so that when I turn I have the comfort of my pillows. I don't like the pregnancy pillow, I prefer the rectangle ones.

Here’s a Fun fact that nobody told you.. lack of sleep starts at 3rd trimester for most of us, not when baby is born. 😂 Last time I also thought lack of sleep starts after giving birth. I was so wrong…

Me too. Since 2-mth also having issue. I will sit up a bit & do reading, says from handphone until tired then knock off directly. It works on me..

Same. Nilakasan ko na ac para antukin sa lamig, hirap matulog. Dalas ko pa magising ng madaling araw. 😞
