I experienced the same and went to see GP as I haven’t book my first gynae visit. GP said might be viral rash for my case as the rash looks quite different. Was prescribed Hydrocortisone cream which is safe during pregnancy. U might take a look to see if ur rashes look like mine. (Small red bumps with heads that look like pimples)
Try using oil which are more moisturizing than creams. I have itchy skin (legs) during my pregnancy and only oil helped. I used the one from my pedicure parlour and it has worked wonders till now!
Doctor prescribe me antihistamine and calamine lotion. I got it during first trimester. Whole body back, arm and tight full with rashes. Best to consult Dr. Before take medication during pregnancy

See a doctor to get medical advise pls. There can be multiple reasons for rashes, don't self medicate especially during pregnancy.
If u go cold storage. They also sell antihistamines on the shelf but check that it is safe for pregnancy
Could be hives which my wife experience. Doctor may give antihistamines if u see doctor.
You can use calamine lotion or ask your gynaecologist to prescribe some cream for you...
Use 100% aloe Vera. My wife had that 8 months back, she use pure aloe Vera. It works
For eczema, if u want a very good moisturiser cream , try the Lush brand "dream" cream

try suu balm. can also c e gp for creams to apply if it doesnt get better.
