It depends on individual. I’ve had spicy food thru out the entire pregnancy and my baby came out full term and healthy. For me it’s more of cravings than to curb nausea (I don’t have MS/heartburn).. The only not okay part is….my daughter’s temper is as spicy as all the chili 🫠… It’s still good to have everything in moderation even if it helps your nausea. Have you tried sipping on 100 plus or fruit infused water?
The problem with spicy food is sometimes it can upset our stomach or even diarrhea. So better to be careful especially if you are not much used to it. Since my first child, i had spicy food throughout the pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy baby. All the best mummy.
