nauseous & vomitting

currently week 11, day 4. been having crazy nausea & vomitting. wasn’t like this for the past few days. only had mild nausea. is it normal?

    spicy food

    i’m 10 weeks, 2 days & i realised that i have been coping with my nausea by eating spicy food. but i heard that spicy food is not good during pregnancy :( is it still okay :( my nausea is crazyyyy this past few weeks as I am also taking Duphaston & it makes me want to puke every night. spicy food helpssss :(

      The problem with spicy food is sometimes it can upset our stomach or even diarrhea. So better to be careful especially if you are not much used to it. Since my first child, i had spicy food throughout the pregnancy and gave birth to a healthy baby. All the best mummy.
