Hello! If mummy is a Singaporean and daddy is a Singapore PR, may I know if the baby will automatically be a Singapore citizen?

Actually, as long as at least one of the parents is a Singaporean, the baby can be Singaporean. That is, if you give birth in Singapore and chose Singapore Citizenship for your baby.
Yes, if born in Singapore, can opt for baby to be Singapore citizen. I’m also SC while my spouse is SPR.
