https://www.mom.gov.sg/faq/foreign-worker/as-a-work-permit-holder-how-do-i-apply-for-approval-to-marry-a-singaporean-or-permanent-resident#:~:targetText=If%20you%20are%20a%20current,Pass%20or%20Employment%20Pass%20holder). I will put the link here

U have to get approval from MOM for marriage but as for the child if i am not wrong u r not allowed to get pregnant with a work permit (u have to check again cos i am not sure if its true or not) once approve then u can get married.

I put the link for approval of marriage in ur question. U can call in MOM first for the pregnant part. (don't say you are the one pregnant say you are just enquring.)

Cancel ur work permit, Go register for ur marriage. Get a LTVP. If u want to work, with a LTVP u can ask for letter of consent.

Yes both answer is CAN 1. You need to get approval from MOM for marry local 2. You need to declare you are pregnant too
