Csect hurts after a month

Is it normal even after a month my csect still hurts every now and then ? And sometimes feel like a bruising or throbbing pain below the wound? Most mummies mention their csect no longer hurts most of the time after 3 weeks but i feel like im taking forever to heal. Im scared i will never recover. Even now i still walk with my back a little bend to the front. Im still not able to walk with my back totally straight.
