Pregnancy Milk

I am thinking of drinking pregnancy milk to help baby growth. What kind of milk do you all recommend?

Before this i consume Anmum, but nurse not suggest to consume that bcz of the milk contain sugar. I just drink HL milk or similac. Less sugar.
