Which brand milk powder to drink for pregnancy mom.

May I know drinking pregnancy milk VS without drinking, any difference? If drinking milk will be better, which brand recommend. Thanks!

My OB once advised me, If drinking milk makes you feel uneasy, don't drink at all, instead she recommended Calciumade tablets.
