I think im gonna die doing confinement next month. The weather now is already killing me. I feel as though im baking in an oven. Mummies help me! What are some good ideas of keeping myself cool and relax.

On aircon but at 27degree.. Not encouraged to on fan.. I bath n wash hair on alternate days with herbs boiled by mum.. Still wear socks n 3/4 pjs/pants during day n nite time..

I used air-conditioning throughout my confinement period. I did not follow any of the rules or old wives tale. I did everything as usual and took my showers in the day.

I use aircon too. luckily i dont have any CL. Neither is my MIL strict about confinement. I will be doing it myself while she cook for me confinement food
