I think im gonna die doing confinement next month. The weather now is already killing me. I feel as though im baking in an oven. Mummies help me! What are some good ideas of keeping myself cool and relax.

I used air-con too. Set at 27-28 Deg. no direct fan. I shower every day Wash my hair every 3 days. I need to be clean to keep my sanity
