I think im gonna die doing confinement next month. The weather now is already killing me. I feel as though im baking in an oven. Mummies help me! What are some good ideas of keeping myself cool and relax.

I used air-conditioning throughout my confinement period. I did not follow any of the rules or old wives tale. I did everything as usual and took my showers in the day.
