I think im gonna die doing confinement next month. The weather now is already killing me. I feel as though im baking in an oven. Mummies help me! What are some good ideas of keeping myself cool and relax.

I use aircon too. luckily i dont have any CL. Neither is my MIL strict about confinement. I will be doing it myself while she cook for me confinement food
