How do mummies do confinement?

I’m doing a c sect and would like to seek some advices on how to do confinement. My house aircon is spoilt and I heard that I can’t have the fan blowing directly at me. I’m not sure how I gonna tahan it.. Any other ideas what I can do/cannot do?

I did confinement 5 times. 4 x fan directly blowing at me, showered daily and moved house before I had my 5th, had the A/C and fan on towards me. Coming to 40. No aches whatsoever. You'll be sweating like crazy in confinement. What I avoided was the natural wind outside home, not the fan, not the A/C.
