It'd probably take hours to thaw frozen breast milk under running water so I wouldn't want to waste so much water... Best to thaw in the fridge for 8-10 hours, then the thawed milk can be stored in the fridge and must be consumed within 24 hours
Not under running water. You should thaw overnight in the fridge or at room temperature. Best not to store in the fridge after thawing.

I will thaw frozen BM in the fridge. Thawed frozen BM have to be consumed within 24 hours.
