I should be 7 weeks pregnant today but the upt is still negative. Is it possible to not have double line at 7 weeks?

Adik saya dah lambat period 14 hari. Check pregnancy kit, negatif. Jumpa doc di klinik, doc scan kata ada byk follicles dlm ovari. Kemungkinan pcos. Suruh tunggu lagi 2 weeks.
