what happen if we take vit C with acid folic?
i just read on my vit C bottle dia tulis not to be consume during pregnancy.. im 7 weeks confused mommy here

yeah vit c can be consumed together with folic acid but you have to change your current vit c. opt for orange or guava instead.
kalau mcm ni, baik puan tanya doktor sbb instruction dah bagitau ibu mengandung tak blh ambil
Sebab ada bioflavonoids tu. X sesuai untuk ibu mengandung. Cuba cari yg x ada bioflavonoids tu
