Pregnancy

Do you take red dates or red dates tea during third trimester?

I read that In the third trimester, eating dates can make your labor shorter and easier. Pregnant women can eat six dates a day starting from the 36th week, that is four weeks before the estimated due date. Any mommies to share?

No. Only fresh coconut water to eat with the coconut flesh during the final trimester as advised by TCM physician.
