Do I need to wake up every two hours to breastfeed my baby? How did you do that? Share your experiences with me.

During the first 2 months when I didn’t direct latch, I literally wake up every 2 hours to pump even when baby didn’t cry (although 95 % of the time baby did wake up to drink). When my baby finally learned how to latch, I just wait for the baby’s cue.

Feed by baby cues and haakaa if I feel full to prevent engorgement. Dream feeding is the best if you can master it soon. It will be less tiring
