I know some mummies still on ML For those that start working and midnight have to wake up for LO how you cope?

Very hard to cope. Eventually I give up my job and switch to a more flexible job. Super tiring my baby feed is 3 hour 1 time.

Yes very shag my girl when she's 1 month old is 2 hourly after latching pump change her I always left with 1 hour of sleep.
