If you dont need to use it immediately, you just need thaw it in the fridge the night before. Before you use it can check whether fully thaw. For me I run it under warm water or place it in a container of warm water. It is faster too. Do remember once thaw dont refreeze it. Good to use it within 24hrs after thaw. Thaw frozen milk in refrigerator or a bowl of warm water or under warm faucet. Don’t heat the milk directly on the stove, don’t use a microwave. Some babies are happy to drink cold milk. Thawed milk can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours

Smaller amount pack of milk, put overnight, will thaw next day morning or afternoon, if urgent, put a metal bowl of water and put inside, and change the water awhile later again.

I usually thaw frozen BM by placing the BM bag in hot water to be served immediately to my LO.
