unstable first trimester?
Hi, i heard a lot about unstable first trimesters. Is there any activitiy or food that cause this or is this based on natural growth of fetus? When will you start suspecting there is sth wrong?

I was on threathen miscarriage 9 weeks ago, and was given a jab and pill by gynae to stabilise the pregnancy. What i did was i shift a heavy box, and i hear a pop sound down there.. accompanied by bleeding, last for 2 days, then bed rest for 3weeks 😭
