What i’ve read is that water retention means your body is ‘storing water’ because of the lack of water intake. Maybe you can try to drink more plain water and see if this problem subsides 😊
To cut down on water retention, drink lots of plain water and cut down salt intake. Use compression socks and keep your legs elevated.
Barley helps. But not too much as it's very cooling. Soak your feet in hot salted water about 10-15 mins every evening.
I’ve heard that actually for water retention, just have to drink more water to counter the water retention
