It's okay to eat sashimi. Just don't over do it, a little is alright. Be aware of the freshness of the sashimi though. Ultimately is the food poisoning and bacteria contamination that we are more concern about, we don't want to get contaminated since we are having another human inside us :) Otherwise, enjoy your sashimi!

Me, in small quantities n only in proper restaurants that I’ve eaten sashimis at and didn’t get food poisoning before!

Yes. I did because MIL is half jap. She told me pregnant woman in Japan eats it all the time😂

Hi... I did. Pregnant women are encouraged to eat everything they desire but in moderation.

Me! Had sashimi n 2nd n 3rd trimester.. i cut down the times i ate though..

i did! but i limit the amount i ate n cut on frequency
