Late For An Appointment - 17 Weeks

I am currently pregnant in 17 weeks already but i havent make an appointment at nearby clinic. Because am scared enough if the nurse query about my martial status as am not married yet but am willing to experience my pregnancy and want to keep my baby. Is it too late to seek for an appointment? Because am worry about my baby's conditions ?
