Just because she watches porn doesn't automatically mean that she's going to seduce your husband. He might not even be her type. If such cases keep occurring, then you can figure out whether you want to let her go or not.

1. Restrict helper's access to it 2. Make sure your child is ok, if there has been any contact 3. Talk to her about it, issue a warning, start looking for a another helper 4. If she does it again let her go.
It's laughable that some readers suspect the toddler! Ok it might be possible huh - some toddlers mature faster than others ;p I also suggest removing the iPad altogether. It's not healthy for the child too.
I'd probably talk to her about it and warn her that if it happens again, I would have to let her go. It's human nature to browse I guess but definitely not on my kid's iPad, and 100 pages of it some more!!!!!!
If it was me, i would not confront her as it might make it really awkward for her to continue to work for you, especially if you still wanna keep her. But I will not give her access to the ipad anymore.
Have a chat with your helper and make her understand that you do not want you kid exposed to such content. If she continues you will have no choice but to restrict her from using the iPAD
Replace your maid as soon as possible. You can confront but i'd rather you be pro active and don't wait for something worse to happen as a result of viewing porn pages.
I would talk to her first and tell her nicely that everyone view porn but it's not appropriate to view it on the ipad and she should never do it again.
Tough situation. I would definitely speak to her about it and tell her that you would appreciate if she did not do it again and then drop the matter.
